Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy: A non refundable £10 deposit is required for all treatments over £20 at the time of booking to secure your appointment, this will then be deducted from your treatment on the day.  Please give at least 24 hours notice for the changing or cancellation of an appointment.  A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if less than 24 hours notice is given. and you will lose your deposit.
